There is so much packed into this little disc, it will be hard to describe everything, but I’ll try.

First, this could be called Swedish melodic death, yet not really. It starts out as that, but then branches out into Opeth-type tragic melodies, Katatonia vocals, power metal riffs, jazz piano solos and pure death metal growls. It doesn’t always work, but when it does, it’s brilliant.

For Giving – For Getting (is this an xmas-themed CD, or what?) made me take notice. There’s also a song with the xylophone, and an intro sounding just like a Hollywood movie intro. This is different and I love it.
