Beyond Webzine WhAt-a-grEat-relIef!!! It's like I've been waiting for centuries for this one! Which of course was just an impression since the band didn't really loaf around since the release of their latest 3-track demo last year… But you know, I like their music so much that I'm always "out of time and space" when it comes to evoking their name, so… For the other fans (I definitely hope that I'm not the only one!) the crucial question is "Did they make it?". And the answer is yes. Yes, yes and yes because they absolutely haven't lost a thing along their path. They're still those simply exceptional musicians who perfectly know how to handle their instruments. And they also still create that rather unique blend of Progressive, Atmospheric and Death Metal showing a really amazing level of inventiveness and sometimes even audacity. The compositions here all hit the bull's eye pretty badly and I swear that I still don't understand how these guys haven't been signed by Nuclear Blast yet. Especially when I hear some of the German label's newest shit, which is often way below the artistic level of Elenium… "For Giving - For Getting" is the kind of album that is not recommended. It's way more than that! In fact, its purchase should be an obligation for every single inhabitant of this fuckin' planet! If only I were a senator...
