We`ll be doing some attacks elsewhere too so stay alert out there. We`re also writing new material as we speak. There will be some updates concerning that as well in the near future. Click here to watch it ____________________________________________________________________________________________ 14.01.08 New year - new tricks We`ve had some new material bubbling under for a while but since there have been all kinds of setbacks like the member departures and delay in the release of the Caught in a Wheel album, breeding new material hasn`t been our first concern. Now that we are a newborn unit, we are anxious to show our current form. The next couple of months will be spent breeding, arranging and demoing some new shite. After that we will be wiser and see what kind of a release it`ll be. It will kick ass - that we know already. We are extremely proud to introduce you the new Elenium line up. We took our time in the search and it was absolutely worth it. There`s a huge amount of positive energy within the band and we are anxious to get on stage again. SOMEBODY HAS TO WAKE UP THE NEIGHBOURS! ____________________________________________________________________________________________ The newbies:  Anssi Hallio - drums Anssi is an old friend of us and he`s played in several finnish rock bands. It was a wet evening in a Helsinki based rock bar when he mentioned us he`d like to play some heavy shit with Ele. We`re glad he did because he`s both a great drummer and a good friend.  Ville Leppänen - guitars This lad proved himself to be quite a shredder and personality as he played several gigs with us last summer. He likes to play it hard`n tight. His guitarwork can also be heard in a band called Disordead. Pure fucking attitude!  Lauri Koskenniemi - guitars This hansome young bloke will take responsibility over the guitar lead department. He made an instant impression with his groovy style and great attitude right from the start. He plays in Crystal Blaze - a band that performed in Wacken last summer. Sad news. Both guitarplayers have decided to leave Elenium due to the lack of motivation towards the band. Kasperi has decided to concentrate on his own band Merging Flare and his other projects. His true passion is to play heavy metal with the strong 80`s vibe. We apprecciate his ambitions and honesty. A band needs to have everyones 100% dedication to work. Tommi will concentrate on other things in life after some 8 years of elelife. He just lost the motivation in touring and rehearsing since it`s not all that glamorous as they tell in the TV. Tommi already took some time off from playing live last spring/summer. He`s duties we`re well handled by a guy called Ville Leppänen from Disordead. There are no hard feelings involved and we`re all still good friends. Ofcourse we`re sad to loose 2 great musicians and friends from our crew but we are also looking forward anxiously for yet another new beginning. It`s not the first time we`re going through some line up changes and each time we`ve come back stronger. We have already alot of ideas for our next release and we`re also booking shows for autumn/winter 07. It`s already been confirmed we`ll do a minitour in Finland with Kalmah in december. Also ConcreteWeb apprecciated our work (98 / 100)so this far the media has taken the album really well - may the triumph continue. The album also reached the Best selling titles April Top 10 @ Firebox Webstore (our distributor in Finland) So that must mean some of you have actually bought the album!
