Tragenda Melodic death metal from Finland. Totally finnish,
I should admit. The band already released alot of stuff: demos, promos
and among others a MCD released through HellaRecords entitled Aggressive, brilliantly performed and executed and with an excellent sound, being the demo mastered at Finnvox by Mika Jussila. Rather diverse, well arranged, coming with highly exciting lyrical canvas. But anyway, more variety is what they need, that's for sure… Lots of tempo changes and alike stuff is not what I'm talking, you see. Elenium needs something different, which could make them to stand against a background of melodic death metal clones. As a verdict: this three-song CD will definitely appeal to you if you're into Scandinavian melodic metal and hopefully, for the band could be finally the key to get a deal. 4 / 6 strenuus |
